It is a fact that the coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, does not prevent private investigation agencies from working. This is proven by the fact that the Secretary of State at the Interior Ministry, Laurent Nunez, adapted the exit permit for our profession.
Furthermore, during his intervention on France 2, the Prime Minister stated that employer permits would not need to be renewed daily and would remain valid for the duration of the lockdown.
Also, some of our investigations do not require field work or very little. Here are some examples:
